PAIN IS A CHALLENGE OF 21ST-CENTURY MEDICINE

Pain remains one of the greatest challenges of modern medicine — a widespread and complex issue that requires innovative, effective, and safe therapeutic solutions.

Pain is not merely a symptom of a disease. It is a multidimensional experience that affects patients' physical, mental, and social functioning. In light of an aging society, a growing number of patients with chronic and oncological diseases, and the global need for a more responsible approach to opioid therapy, a fresh perspective on the future of pain management is essential.

The year 2026 represents another step in transforming the approach to pain therapy — moving from symptom control to comprehensive management of patients' quality of life. Minimally invasive methods that combine efficacy, safety, and the ability to return to daily activities faster are gaining increasing importance. On October 16, 2026, the second edition of the international event dedicated to the future of pain management and the role of innovative therapeutic methods — with a special focus on cryoanalgesia in modern clinical practice — will take place.
Following the success of the first edition, the event will once again bring together experts, physicians, and specialists from various medical fields, creating a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences, as well as discussing future directions in contemporary pain therapy. Together, we are building new standards in pain management — more effective, safer, and focused on what matters most: improving patients' quality of life.
WORLD-RENOWNED AUTHORITIES
Key foundation representatives and key opinion leaders across multiple specialties — ranging from anesthesiology, thoracic surgery, and pediatric surgery to neurology and pain medicine — will gather on the virtual stage.

Representatives from foundations and scientific societies will also participate, giving the discussions both a clinical and systemic perspective.

OVER 4 HOURS OF INTENSIVE DEBATE AND EXPERIENCE SHARING

Why should you attend?

This year's edition continues the international dialogue initiated on the future of pain management and the role of modern, minimally invasive therapeutic methods. At the heart of the event will once again be the development and future of cryoanalgesia and cryosurgery in clinical practice. It is a space for sharing knowledge, experience, and discussing the efficacy, safety, and role of innovative methods within modern pain treatment algorithms.

During this edition, we will expand upon previous discussions by presenting the latest clinical experiences, new application areas for cryoanalgesia, and development directions in modern pain therapy. This won't just be a series of lectures, but another stage in a global conversation among experts on how pain management is evolving and what new possibilities innovative technologies offer us.

FROM PAIN CONTROL TO RESTORING QUALITY OF LIFE

The goal of the event is not to promote technology, but to create a space for reflection: on how to treat pain effectively, safely, and ethically.

We address not only the reduction of physical suffering, but also restoring patients' ability to work, participate in social life, engage in physical activity, and achieve faster recovery following surgery or injury.
